IUP All-America runner Hillary Mugun has been named the PSAC Freshman of the Year by the conference's cross country head coaches.

IUP freshman Hillary Mugun became the school's first men's cross country All-American in almost 20 years when he finished in 33rd place at the NCAA Division II meet Saturday in Evansville, Ind.

Hillary Mugun Earns Place at Nationals by Finishing Fourth at Atlantic Region Meet
IUP freshman Hillary Mugun qualified for the NCAA men's cross country national meet by placing fourth at the Atlantic Regional championships Saturday at the Lamb's Creek course in Mansfield. The Crimson Hawk men were sixth and the women finished 10th.
