Anthony Rebyanski is in his fourth season as an assistant coach under Jeff Ditch and is in charge of the IUP pitching staff as well as serving as the recruiting coordinator. On November 30, 2009, he was promoted to assistant head coach.

Rebyanski, a graduate of Indiana High School, pitched for IUP from 2002-05 and his name appears throughout the school's record book, including fourth in career strikeouts with 163 and tied for third with 30 starts. He won 12 games (tied for 14th), made a total of 36 appearances (tied for eighth), including 13 complete games (tied for 10th) and threw 174.1 innings to place seventh.

He was named the PSAC West Rookie of the Year in 2002 and honored as the inaugural IUP Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2005 after posting a 3.14 cumulative grade point average. He earned his bachelor's degree in communications media from IUP in August 2006.

Rebyanski 's professional career began in 2005 when he was drafted in the first round (seventh overall) by the Gateway Grizzlies of the Independent Frontier League. He pitched for two seasons with the Grizzlies before being traded to the Windy City Thunderbolts in May 2007.

Pitching for the Thunderbolts, he was named to the 2007 Frontier League North All-Star team and helped his team win consecutive Frontier League Championships. His combined professional stats from the 2005 to 2008 seasons include 99 appearances, eight wins and two saves while striking out 141 batters in 110 innings pitched.
