IUP dropped its second game of a three game road trip to PSAC East opponent East Stroudsburg, 3-2. The Crimson Hawks fell to 2-5 on the season but remain 2-1 in the PSAC West.

IUP got on the board first with a Shannon Sullivan goal only five minutes into the action. Caroline van Tulder added to the Crimson Hawks lead with a goal off of a penalty corner at the 33:19 minute mark. Jenna Humphreys assisted on both goals for IUP.

East Stroudsburg rallied in the second half to score two unanswered goals, which sealed the victory. Jessica Frantz, a two year member of the IUP field hockey team, who transferred to East Stroudsburg, scored the game winning goal for the Warriors.

Renee Lustenhouwer made 11 saves for IUP and Maureen Ordnung recorded eight saves for East Stroudsburg.

The Crimson Hawks will conclude its road trip Tuesday against Shippensburg at 4:00 p.m.
