IUP outshot Kutztown by a 23-4 margin but the Golden Bears put the only ball in the cage in a 1-0 victory over the Crimson Hawks in a PSAC game Saturday at Miller Stadium. The win keeps Kutztown undefeated at 8-0 overall and 3-0 in the PSAC while IUP saw its five-game winning streak end, dropping to 6-2 and 3-1 in the conference. Kelly Healey scored the only goal of the game with 14:27 expired in the first half. Sam Flowers kept IUP off the scoreboard by making 15 saves. Lydia Dolly stopped three of the four Kutztown shots in taking the loss. Liz Martini took seven of IUP's 23 shots while Barbara Heemelaar fired five shots on goal. IUP plays at Slippery Rock on Wednesday at 4 p.m. before hosting Millersville on Saturday at 7 p.m.
