IUP concluded its 2008 season Friday night with a 3-1 loss at Gannon, splitting the first two games before dropping the match 25-16, 21-25, 25-19, 25-16. Tessa Siewert and Tessa Irwin both had nine kills for the Crimson Hawks, who finished with a record of 15-21 overall and 1-11 in the PSAC West. Gannon is 12-14 and 3-9 in the division. Irwin added a team-leading three blocks while Racquel Cabrera and Laura Robinette both had two. Chelsey Kreinbrook had 38 assists, Emily Pany had 14 digs and Alyssa Prince had 10. Ashley Tubbs led the Golden Knights with 17 kills and Kendall Fischer had 14 kills and 15 digs. |
