IUP and Kovalchick Complex to host 2017 PSAC Men's Basketball Championship Weekend

INDIANA, Pa. - IUP and the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex will host the 2017 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Basketball Championships this coming weekend, March 4-5. IUP earned the right to host as the top seed PSAC Western Division seed, as the Crimson Hawks defeated Mercyhurst 69-53 in the quarterfinals on Wednesday night. 

The Crimson Hawks will host Shippensburg, the second seed from the PSAC East, in their semifinal game on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Kutztown (East No. 1) will play Gannon (West No. 2) in the first semifinal game of the day at 1 p.m. The winners of each game will meet on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Kovalchick Complex for the PSAC Championship game.
